Příspěvek se zabývá měřením provozních vlastností piezoelektrického lineárního motoru Linear Piezo LEGS Twin 20N type LT20 a řídící jednotky PDM101 obojí od PiezoMotor. Bylo provedeno zpracování a vyhodnocení dat. Motor byl testován ve vakuovém prostředí a byla studována zejména přesnost polohování (micropositioning) za různých provozních podmínek.
