Original abstract
This paper describes a design procedure of cooling sections for the heat treatment of tubes. Two experimental stands used for cooling studies of steel samples were built at Brno University of Technology. The first experimental stand allows researchers to simulate a variety of cooling regimes and evaluate the final structure of test samples. These samples have a set of thermocouples installed which indicate the temperature history of the tested material. The second experimental stand is a tool for the design of the cooling sections which can obtain a desired heat treatment procedure and final structure of a real sample.

Článek popisuje postup návrhu chladicích sekcí pro tepelné zpracování trubek. Dvě experimentální zařízení používané pro studium chlazení ocelových vzorků byly postaveny na VUT v Brně. První experimentální zařízení umožňuje simulovat různé chladicí režimy a vyhodnotit získanou mikrostrukturu zkušebních vzorků. Tyto vzorky jsou osazeny termočlánky, které zaznamenávají teploty. Druhé experimentální zařízení slouží k návrhu chladicích sekcí, které umožňuje získat požadovaný postup tepelného zpracování a konečnou strukturu skutečného vzorku.
