Original abstract

The main purpose of this project was to study high pressure descaling nozzles and to choose most promising configuration for descaler. In total five types of measurements were done: impact pressure distribution measurements; static and moving erosion measurements; heat transfer coefficient measurements, and cooling homogeneity measurements. The measurements were prepared to study the following purposes: Inclination angle; Offset angle; Nozzles height (Overlap); Performance (nozzle type).

Czech abstract

Hlavním cílem tohoto projektu bylo studium vysokotlaké trysky k odstraňování okují a vybrat nejslibnější konfigurace pro odkujovací jednotku. Celkem bylo provedeno pět typů měření: rozložení tlaku; statické a pohyblivé měření erozí; součinitel přenosu tepla a měření homogenity chlazení. Měření byla provedena pro studium těchto parametrů: úhel sklonu; úhel natočení; výška trysky (překrytí); výkon (typ trysky).
