Original abstract

The aim of this project was to develop a cooling unit for heat treatment of H-profile. Many cooling parameters such as nozzle configuration, flow rate and so on were tested. Results of these measurements was dependence of heat transfer coefficient on the surface temperature. These knowledge, simulations and results of Jominny tests were used to develop the cooling unit for heat treatment.

Czech abstract

Cílem tohoto projektu bylo navrhnout chladicí sekci pro řízené tepelné zpracování stavební oceli (H-profilů). V rámci tohoto projektu byl zkoumán vliv konfigurací trysek, průtoků apod. na velikost součinitele přestupu tepla. Pomocí těchto znalostí, simulací chlazení a Jomminiho zkoušek byla předána rozsáhlá dokumentace v podobě prezentací.
