Original abstract

The article deals with design of the experimental rig with hydromechanical system and energy regeneration. Suggested rig is also scaled model of the heavy vehicle hydrostatic drive. The energy regeneration circuit is connected in the series with the hydraulic circuit of the drive. The test rig enables verification of mathematical model of the heavy vehicle drive and optimization of the operational parameters of the drive to achieve high efficiency of regeneration. Such procedures will be extremely difficult to perform directly on the vehicle.

Czech abstract

Článek se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem simulační stanice hydromechanického systému s rekuperací energie. Navržená stanice je zároveň zmenšeným modelem pohonu těžkého vozidla s hydrostatickým pohonem. Do hydraulického obvodu pohonu je doplněn sériově zapojený hydraulický obvod zajišťující rekuperaci energie. Zařízení slouží k verifikaci matematického modelu pohonu vozidla s rekuperací a k optimalizaci provozních parametrů obvodu za účelem dosažení vysoké účinnosti rekuperace. Jedná se o kroky, které by na reálném vozidle byly obtížně proveditelné.
