Bubnová sušárna sestává na vstupní straně z hořákového systému, spalovací komory propojené potrubím se sušícím bubnem, zásobníku a dávkovacího zařízení sušeného matriálu do vstupní části sušicího bubnu, vstupní komory sušícího bubnu, sušicího bubnu, výstupní komory sušicího bubnu a výpadu vysušeného materiálu do manipulačních kontejnerů.Spalovací komora s recirkulací spalin, vybavená hořákem na spalování zemního plynu, umožňuje ohřev sušícího média – vzduchu v širokém rozmezí teplot, cca 80 – 800 oC. Nízké teploty jsou používány pro sušení organických materiálů, vysoké teploty pro sušení nerostných hmot. Uvnitř je opatřena izolační vyzdívkou. Řešení zásobníku je tvořeno zavěšeným Big bagem, s výsypem do násypky dávkovacího zařízení.

The drum dryer on the input side is consisted of the burner system, combustion chamber connected by piping to the dryer drum, tank and dosing equipment of dried material into the input of drying drum, inlet chamber of the drying drum, drying drum, drying drum outlet chamber and the outlet of the dried material into the handling containers. Combustion chamber with flue gas recirculation, equipped with a natural gas burner, allows the heating of the drying medium – air – over a wide temperature range of about 80-800 degC. Low temperatures are used for drying of organic materials, high temperatures for drying of mineral materials. Inside is the chamber equipped with an insulating lining. As the container hanging Big Hag is used, with outlet to a feeding dosing device hopper. The inlet chamber of the drying drum must allow besides feed of dried material and drying medium / parallel flow / also alternative connection for exhaust vapors / counter flow /. Inside is the chamber equipped with an insulating lining. The drying drum is mounted on two supports on the support frame, with possibility of changing the inclination of the drum. The drive of the drum dryer must allow fluent revolutions regulation in the range of 0.2 – 6 RPM. Inside the dryer drum is mounted removable paddle built-in part / cross, simplex, helical or with straight paddles / as required for drying. The shell of the dryer drum is designed and constructed modularly, in order to adjust the drum type for the dried material. Surface of the drying drum is thermally insulated. On the input and the output is the drum sealed for false air suction prevention. The output chamber of the drying drum allows besides and the dried material removal and waste vapor exhaust / parallel flow / also alternative connection of the dried material inlet / counter flow /. Inside is the chamber equipped with an insulating lining. The dried material is fed into mobile containers, in which will be subsequently manipulated.
