Funkční vzorek byl vyroben za účelem měření modálních vlastností plynového ventilu. Úprava těla ventilu má za cíl jeho maximální odlehčení pro instalaci na elektromagnetický vibrátor. To umožnilo zjistit extrémy na frekvenční charakteristice přenosu vibrací z těla ventilu na jádro řídící cívky. Přenos lze měřit v neaktivním i aktivním stavu cívky.
English abstract
Manufactured functional sample was used to identify modal properties of the electromagnetic gas valve. There was made significant design adjustment of the valve body to decrease its weight. Therefore mounting of the valve assembly on the laboratory electromagnetic exciter was possible. Modal analysis of oscillating valve assembly was performed with the adjusted valve assembly. The goal is to determine the extremes in frequency response of the excited vibrations going through the valve body to core of the control coil. The transfer function can be measured with a fully functional electromagnetic system of the valve with the control coil either active or inactive.
