Funkční vzorek byl zhotoven za účelem analýzy příčin hlukové emise výrobní řady. Úprava ventilu umožnila instalaci přesných čidel pro měření zdvihu redukčního ventilu a redukovaného tlaku. Tím byla umožněna analýza závislosti redukovaného tlaku na pohybu ventilu a odhalení příčin neobvyklé hlukové emise.
English abstract
Manufactured functional sample was used to analyze sources of undesirable noise radiated from reduction valves for welding aggregates. The design adjustment enables mounting of the precise output pressure and valve displacement transducers. Parallel measurement of both critical quantities was possible after the adjustment. Therefore, analysis of the time response of the output pressure on the valve displacement could be conducted. Sources of the undesirable noise (bursting) were revealed through comparison of the obtained time response with radiated noise time response.
