Řídicí systém ECU CMV 714 je soubor programů pro měření, řízení a diagnostiku spalovacího motoru v reálném čase. Primárně je určen pro řízení trakčních drážních spalovacích motorů. Řídicí povely jsou posílány z řídicího stanoviště (kabiny) do řídicího systému CMV 714 pomocí CAN rozhraní (drive by wire) podle normy J1939. Řídicí systém motoru následně nastavuje provozní režim motoru tak, aby byly co nejrychleji a při co nejnižší spotřebě dosaženy potřebné otáčky a výkonové parametry. Řídicí systém CMV 714 byl primárně navržen pro odběr výkonu přes elektrický alternátor. Důležitou součástí je online diagnostika motoru, to znamená, že řídicí systém nepřetržitě měří všechny klíčové veličiny a v případě nutnosti upravuje výstupní výkon, tak aby nedošlo k poškození motoru. Všechny potřebné informace o aktuálním stavu motoru jsou online posílány obsluze do řídicího stanoviště (kabiny).
English abstract
The engine control system ECU CMV 714 is the software for real time measurement, control and diagnostic of the combustion engines. It is primary intended for the engine control management of heavy duty traction engines. The control commands are sent from the control station (cab) to CMV control system via the CAN interface (drive by wire ) according to standard J1939 . The engine management system then sets the operating mode of the engine. The CMV 714 was primarily designed for engines with electrical generator. An important part of CMV 714 is the engine online diagnostic. This means that the control system continuously measures all of the key values and, if it is necessary for engine protect, then reduce output power. All the necessary information about engine is on-line sending to the control station (cab).
