Original abstract
The castings from corundum-baddeleyite ceramics are used as a refractory and wear resistant material. The paper deals with the research of technological and foundry parameters and chemical macroheterogeneity of castings from CBC. The macroheterogeneity of this ceramaics were determined. The results of the CBC using for liquid carbon steel filtration have also been discussed in the paper.

Odlitky z korundo-baddeleyitové keramiky jsou používány jako materiál otěruvzdorný a odolný proti vysokým teplotám. Příspěvek pojednává o výzkumu technologických vlastností a chemické makroheterogenity těchto odlitků. Jsou diskutovány možnosti použití pro filtraci uhlíkatých ocelí.
English abstract
The castings from corundum-baddeleyite ceramics are used as a refractory and wear resistant material.
