Long exposure and inhalation of fibers can have very harmful effects on human health, because they resist the pulmonary clearance mechanisms, penetrate deep into the human lungs and retain there. Several experiments with different flow rates were carried out and deposition of fibers was calculated.

Dlouhodobé vystavení se a inhalace vláken může mít za následek zdravotní obtíže, protože vlákna mají schopnost odolávat obraným mechanismům dýchacích cest, dokážou proniknout hluboko do plic a usadit se tam. Bylo provedeno několik depozičních experimentů při různých objemových průtocích a následně byly spočteny depoziční charakteristiky.
