Original abstract

The article compares legislation in the field of industrial safety in the European Union and Russia. There is considered a system of major accidents prevention and basic requirements for industrial enterprises that deal with chemical substances; limit amounts of hazardous substances are compared too. A new approach to major accident prevention in Russia and a comparison to recent Seveso Directive have not been described in international conferences yet.

Tento článek porovnává právní předpisy v oblasti průmyslové bezpečnosti v Evropské unii a Rusku. Popsán systém prevence závažných havárií a základní požadavky na průmyslové podniky, které se zabývají chemickými látkami; mezní množství nebezpečných látek jsou také srovnány. Nový přístup k prevenci závažných havárií v Rusku a srovnání se směrnice Seveso ještě nebyly popsány na mezinárodních konferencí .
