Bachelor Seminar (B-MET)

FSI-RSB Acad. year: 2021/2022 Summer semester

Goal of the seminary is to teach the students how to present their branch and results to engineering audience. At seminars each student present a lecture dealing with her/his bachelor project. Student has to discuss about the topic in the broad context, however he/she is expected to formulate his/her own point of view.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The ability of oral and written presentation of students' research work.

Prerequisites

Students are supposed to have the knowledge of physics and engineering related to the topic of their bachelor project.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course is taught through exercises which are focused on practical topics presented in lectures.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Active participation in the seminary, final discussion about the thesis.

The aim of the subject is to teach students to prepare and deliver the presentation of their research work.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Attendance at seminary is obligatory.
