Bachelor Seminar (B-EPP)

FSI-FEE Acad. year: 2021/2022 Summer semester

During the course the students are acquainted with the basic rules of the final work, they are given the basic requirements for the final qualification work and information on the work with the literature and the creation of quotes. The course also includes work with documents and presentations in MS Office tools and the transfer of basic skills from rhetoric and spoken language.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The output of the study is acquired knowledge about the creation, processing and presentation of the final thesis.

Prerequisites

knowledge in the scope of the Bachelor's studies complemented by the study of the literature on the topic of final work.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course is taught through exercises which are focused on practical topics presented in lectures. Participation in the exercise is mandatory.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

The student's work will be evaluated on the basis of the prepared introductory parts of the final thesis in the scope determined by the supervisor of the final thesis. Processed parts of the final papers will be presented during seminars.

Aims

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the required particulars of theses, quoting rules, and methods of making theses. Another objective of the course is preparation for state final examination.

Individual. To be specified by the leader of the diploma thesis at the beginning of the semester.
