Researchers from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, BUT presented themselves at the Researchers´Night. On Friday, 30 September, over fifteen hundred visitors, from children to adults, came to the faculty. Due to the enormous interest, it was even necessary to move part of the programme to a larger venue.

Visits to laboratories, stands of institutes with experiments and technology demonstrations and student teams. Visitors to this year's Researchers´ Night at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering could look forward to this and much more. The theme of this year's event was "With all senses".

The programme was already waiting for the visitors in front of the faculty: in the parking lot in front of A1-building they could visit the FabLab truck, before entering the building they could see the mobile laboratory of the Institute of Automotive Engineering and in the entrance hall they were "directed" by mobile lighting system for small airports by the Institute of Aerospace Engineering.

There was huge interest in the two performances of the Amazing Theatre of Physics. The lecture by Professor Miloslav Druckmüller was even attended by so many people that it had to be moved from lecture room to bigger auditorium Q, which was completely full.
