In the first week of November, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering together with other faculties of the BUT presented themselves at the European Fair of Post-Secondary and Lifelong Learning GAUDEAMUS BRNO 2022.

The fair, which involved 341 exhibitors, attracted 27,675 visitors, including 398 secondary school teachers and guidance counsellors. This represents an increase of 5,110 visitors compared to last year.

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, together with other faculties of the BUT, presented itself in a completely new format that appealed to the expert jury and visitors. The new stand won first place in the competition for the best stand at the Gaudeamus fair. Individual faculties had the opportunity to present themselves to prospective students at their stands. Our students pointed out the variety of studies we offer, thanks to mechatronic models, robotic air hockey, a student formula simulator, the creativity of the strojLAB team, as well as mixed drinks from a robotic bartender.
