Both the classical and the fractional approaches to the modern control theory are studied. In particular, we discuss fractional differential equations used in control theory and generalized polynomials that play an important role in solving these equations (with the help of Fourier transform). Some related algebraic problems are dealt with, too.

Je studován jak klasický tak zlomkový přístup k moderní teorii řízení. Jsou diskutovány zlomkové diferenciální rovnice užívané v teorii řízení a zobecněné polynomy, které hrají významnou roli při řešení těchto rovnic (užitím Fourierovy transformace). Je také pojednáno o některých souvisejících algebraických problémech.

Anglický abstrakt

Both the classical and the fractional approaches to the modern control theory are studied. In particular, we discuss fractional differential equations used in control theory and generalized polynomials that play an important role in solving these equations (with the help of Fourier transform).
