As the results of the aims of the Research centre for Machine Engineering Manufacturing Technology and Equipment (joint project of CVUT Praha and SST Praha) and subtask No. 3: Automatic Manipulation at Work Stations and in Manufacturing Systems (robotization and manufacturing ligostics) work in progress on the research, development, design, construction of the VUTBOT 2 mobile robot.

Český abstrakt

As a results of the aims of the Research centre for Machine Engineering Manufacturing Technology and Equipment and Subtask No.3: Automatic Manipulation at Work Stations in Manufacturing Systems work is in progress on the research, development, design, construction of the VUTBOT 2 autonomous locomotive – mobile robot. This contribution summarizes the partial results accomplished in the field of design and construction of the machineware, hardware, software and brainware in 2003 and concentrates on following: – kinematics model of real engineering product – multi-processor control system – control system submodules
