Program je určen pro simulaci zkoušky motorového vozidla na testeru podvozků typu EUSAMA. Model adhezního rezonančního testeru je adaptován na 1/4 lineárním dynamické modelu vozidla se 2 stupni volnosti, s kinematickým buzením. Výstupem simulace jsou průběhy přítlačných sil na kole a fázového zpoždění mezi sílou buzeného kola a budícím signálem. Velmi rychlý program umožňuje při jednom průběhu porovnávat až desetitisíce vozidel s různou konfigurací podvozku. Cílem je odhalovat konfigurace, které budou mít problém s vyhodnocením dle EUSAMA. Program vznikl v průběhu přípravy projektu TAČR s firmou ModularTest.
Anglický abstrakt
The program is designed for simulation of the vehicle suspension test utilizing EUSAMA principle testing unit. The model of adhesive-resonance tester is adapted to the 1/4 linear dynamic 2 DOF vehicle model with kinematic excitation. The outputs from the simulation are the graphs of the pressure force of wheel and the phase-delay between the force on excited wheel and the excitation signal. Very fast program is capable of comparison up to tens of thousands of vehicles with different chassis arrangements in one pass. The aim is to identify vehicle arrangements that could have problem with the evaluation according EUSAMA prescription. The program was created during preparation of the TACR project with ModularTest company.
