This article is aimed at temperature field analysis of the print head on partly self-replicated FDM 3D printer based on REPRAP solution. Distribution of temperature field in the FDM print head is very important due to the optimal melting length of a printing material. The temperature field in FDM print head has been determined in terms of ANSYS computation and it has been verified by the print head testing. Couple of print heads have been designed and two of them have been produced. Both tested print heads have been provided to REPRAP project community.
Český abstrakt
Tento článek je zaměřen na analýzu teplotního pole tiskové hlavy v částečně samo-replikované FDM 3D tiskárně, založené na řešení projektu REPRAP. Rozložení teplotního pole hraje velmi podstatnou roli z důvodu optimální tavné délky tiskového materiálu. Teplotní pole bylo určeno pomocí simulace v programu ANSYS a bylo ověřeno testováním vyrobené tiskové hlavy. Bylo navrženo několik tiskových hlav, z nichž dvě byly vyrobeny a testovány. Obě testované hlavy byly poskytnuty komunitě REPRAP.
