Český abstrakt
Penetrometry používané ve strojírenství slouží ke zjištění konzistence mazacích tuků a plastických maziv. Tento penetrometr byl sestrojen speciálně pro měření konzistence MR kapalin. Hlavní odlišností od komerčních penetrometrů je výkonné vyhřívání měřeného vzorku pomocí Peltierových článků. Konstrukce penetrometr byla navržena v souladu s normou ČSN 65 6307 – Stanovení penetrace kuželem a mikropenetrační zkouška. Konstrukce zařízení umožňuje měřit penetraci dle metody A a metody C (viz. norma). Penetrometr je vybaven teplotním čidle Pt100 pro sledování teploty vzorku a masivním ocelovým krytem vzorku pro dokonalou temperaci vzorku. Zařízení je využíváno zaměstnanci Ústavu konstruování a studenty VUT.
Anglický abstrakt
Penetrometers, used in engineering, are used to determine consistency of lubricating greases and fats. The penetrometer was designed specifically for measuring the consistency of MR fluids. Major difference from commercial penetrometers is a powerful heating of the measured sample using the Peltier cells. Construction of penetrometer was designed in accordance with standard ČSN 65 6307 – Determination of cone penetration test and micropenetration test. The device design allows to measure the penetration according to method A and method C (see standard). Penetrometer is equipped with a Pt100 temperature sensor for monitoring the sample temperature and with the massive steel cover for the perfect sample tempering. The device is used by employees of the Institute of Machine and Industrial Design and VUT students.
