Originální abstrakt
Presenting paper deals with evaluation of filtered and unfiltered armature castings poured in DSB Euro Blansko foundry. Range of surface defects was evaluated by difference of casting weight. Repair costs were calculated in dependence on weight of grooving places on casting surfaces and increase costs caused by using filtration were consider too. Costs benefit analysis of using filtration is presented in the end of article.

Předložený příspěvek popisuje vyhodnocení filtrovaných a nefiltrovaných armaturních odlitků ve slévárně DSB Euro Blansko. Jako hlavní kritérium pro hodnocení byl zvolen rozsah vad zjištěný vážením odlitků. Dle hmotnosti vydrážkovaných vad byly vyčísleny náklady na opravy odlitků, dále byly do hodnocení zaneseny zvýšené náklady při použití filtrace. Závěrem práce je provedeno ekonomické vyhodnocení použití filtrace a její efektivnost.
