Originální abstrakt
The contribution deals with fairly new method for phase identification and structural analysis called EBSD – Electron Backscatter Diffraction. Short introduction into the basic principles of the method is provided. Field of use of the EBSD is demonstrated on some resolved tasks: identifying an intermetallic phase in ZS6K nickel superalloy, orientation mapping and grain size analysis of severly deformed aluminium samples and texture analysis of stainless steel fatigue samples.

Příspěvek se zabývá poměrně novou metodou pro fázovou a strukturní analýzu zvanou EBSD – "electron backscatter diffraction" – difrakce zpětně rozptýlených elektronů. Po krátkém úvodu do principu metody jsou vyjmenovány některé typické oblasti využití; tyto jsou demonstrovány na několika případech z praxe: identifikace intermetalické fáze v niklové superslitině ŽS6K, mapování krystalové orientace a měření velikosti zrna v intenzivně deformovaných vzorcích hliníku a texturní analýza únavových vzorků z korozivzdorné oceli.
