The Theory of Processes – ToPÓis introduced as a versatile instrument of human sustainable development evaluation. Its apparatus will be introduced by means of fundamental mathematical definitions of new entities and of hierarchical functions of several classes. Here is preferred Set Theory as very friendly and well-arranged graphic apparatus. It is susceptible to express very complex, multi-levels relations, influences and connections of production process systems and their environment. Cognition sources of process systems and their environment are – the technology, an anthroposophy, a logistics, a production and an informatics. The GACR101/0890 project is solved.
