One-way ANOVA type model with negative binomial distribution.

The contribution aims at the analysis of statistical data. The distribution of response variable is negative binomial and the parameters of the distribution depend on one covariate. Likelihood ratio, score and Wald statistics are used for comparison of the parameters. Then the power of the used statistical tests is calculated either by simulation or by asymptotic approximation. In addition an example of an application of obtained results in biological data is included. Used algorithms were implemented in Matlab.

Příspěvek je zaměřen na analýzu statistických dat. Rozděleni závisle proměnné je negativně binomické a parametry rozdělení závisí na jedné kovariátě. Pro porovnání parametrů je použit poměr věrohodnosti, skórová a Waldova statistika. Poté jsou síly užitých testů vypočteny buď pomocí simulace nebo asymptotické aproximace. Dále je uveden příklad užití získaných výsledků v biologických datech. Použitý algoritmus byl zprogramován v Matlabu.
