This paper deals with an application of fuzzy logic in control. It defines the concepts of the fuzzy set theory necessary for setting and aggregating the rules of a knowledge base. It shows that fuzzy control can be applied if the mathematical description of the system under control is not available or if the system is strongly nonlinear and hardly controllable by the classical methods.

Článek se zabývá použitím fuzzy logiky v řízení. Zavádí potřebné pojmy z teorie fuzzy množin, které jsou základem pro vytváření pravidel znalostní báze a jejich agregaci. Ukazuje, že fuzzy řízení lze aplikovat tam, kde neznáme matematický popis regulované soustavy, resp. regulovaná soustava je silně nelineární a klasickými metodami je obtížně řiditelná.
