Originální abstrakt

The task of the experiment was experimental determination of thermal degradation bonding clay or the study of changes of content of active bentonite. The temperature field of the casting was studied in concrete distances from the casting in new sand. It was bentonite bonded moulding sand, which was based on the composition of mixture used in the foundry Kuřim. From the course of curves of temperatures of heating and cooling in the mixture, the thermal degradation of bentonite was evaluated and determined mathematically in the from of loss of content of active bentonite dependent on the distance from the casting, on maximum temperature and on the thermal influence area.
