Design of experiment is an important implement for quality improvement or optimization of the industrial process. Full factorial plan with two levels is used very often. This article compares efficiency of two full factorial plans with two levels. The first plan has two replicates and the second plan has one replicate and four measurements in the middle of the plan. Therefore, we have eight measurements in both cases. We want to detect efficiency for the two plans, by using Monte Carlo method, with the same variability of the process.
