Experimentální zařízení umožňuje měřit závislost síly elektromagnetického aktuátoru na poloze a tuto změřenou charakteristiku následně porovnat s výsledky magnetické FEM simulace. Na upínací desku se přes plastový adaptér upne stator aktuátoru, jehož plunžr přenáší sílu do siloměru. K aktuátoru je dále připevněno odporové čidlo zdvihu, které snímá polohu statoru aktuátoru vůči plunžru. Poloha těchto dvou dílců je možné měnit pomocí stavěcího mechanismu. Senzory jsou připojeny přes měřicí kartu USB6009 k počítači, kde je možné v softwaru Dewesoft uložit záznam měřených závislostí.

The experimental device allows measuring the dependence of the force of the electromagnetic actuator on the position and subsequently comparing this measured characteristic with the results of the magnetic FEM simulation. The stator of the actuator is clamped to the clamping plate via a plastic adapter, the plunger of which transmits the force to the load cell. A resistive stroke sensor is also attached to the actuator, which senses the position of the actuator stator relative to the plunger. The position of these two parts can be changed using the setting mechanism. The sensors are connected via the USB6009 measurement card to a computer, where it is possible to save a record of the measured dependencies in the Dewesoft software.
