Súčastné nedostatky fotobioreaktorů odstraňuje modul pro vertikální fotobioreaktor s trubicí, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že trubice je oválná s příčným průřezem ve tvaru oboustranně seříznuté elipsy a svým horním koncem je uspořádaná v horním uložení, které sestává z těla, na kterém je zespodu 40 přišroubovaná příruba a na spodním konci je trubice uspořádaná ve spodním uložení, které sestává z těla, na kterém je shora přišroubovaná příruba, přičemž tělo spodního uložení je na svém horním čele opatřeno výřezem, ve kterém je umístěno těsnění s lichoběžníkovým průřezem a tělo horního uložení je na svém spodním čele opatřeno výřezem, ve kterém je rovněž umístěno těsnění s lichoběžníkovým průřezem, přičemž obě uložení mají středové otvory, do kterých jsou uloženy 45 konce trubice, přičemž otvory tvarově odpovídají tvaru trubice, kdy ve spodní části spodního uložení přechází otvor do výstupního otvoru kruhového průřezu a v horní části horního uložení přechází otvor do výstupního otvoru pro odvod plynu kruhového průřezu, přičemž na spodní čelo spodního uložení je do otvoru zašroubovaná závitová spojka, na kterou je na opačném konci napojena rychlospojka, která je svou spodní částí napojena na horní větev armaturového kříže, ze 50 kterého vedou další tři větve, a to vstupní větev pro plyn, výstupní větev pro odběr vzorků a spodní větev pro připojení média s řasou, přičemž do výstupní větve je usazena závitová spojka, na kterou je z druhé strany napojen vypouštěcí ventil, přičemž ve vstupní větvi je uložena redukční spojka a v ní je uspořádaná nosná vložka pro uložení vstupní trubičky, přičemž v horní větvi je přes rychlospojku a závitovou spojku vedena rozvodná trubička ukotvená v trubici přes těsnící držák a na konci je opatřená elementem pro tvorbu bublin, přičemž na rozvodnou trubičku je na jejím druhém konci přes koleno napojena vstupní trubička.
