Tisková hlava je určená pro kontinuální tisk betonové směsi s obsahem kameniva s max. zrnem 8 mm. Hlavní funkcí tiskové hlavy je extruze betonové směsi s možností regulace množství vytlačovaného materiálu pomocí šnekového mechanismu a její kontrolovaný směrový výnos pomocí natáčecí výstupní trysky. Konstrukční řešení bylo navrženo s ohledem na jednoduchost výroby a cenovou dostupnost použitých komponent. Podstatou technického řešení je zejména možnost natáčení výstupní trysky pomocí krokového elektromotoru, což umožňuje formovat nanášenou směs v určité orientaci vzhledem k podložce. Tisková hlava s rotací trysky pro 3D tisk betonových směsí je hlavou aktivní, což znamená, že tisková hlava obsahuje svůj vlastní šnekový mechanismus pro dávkování betonu přímo v těle tiskové hlavy. Zmíněné řešení dávkování směsi je snadno ovladatelné regulací otáček a je vhodné i pro dopravu nehomogenních materiálů. Mezi přednosti tiskové hlavy patří možnost kontinuálního tisku, snadná rozebíratelnost nutná pro čištění tiskové hlavy a možnost snadné výměny některých částí tiskové hlavy, jako je šnekovnice nebo tryska.

The print head is designed for continuous printing of concrete mixture containing aggregate with a maximum grain size of 8 mm. The main function of the print head is the extrusion of the concrete mixture with the possibility of regulating the amount of extruded material by means of a screw mechanism and its controlled directional deposition by means of a rotating outlet nozzle. The design was created with regard to the simplicity of production and affordability of the components used. The essence of the technical solution is in particular the possibility of rotating the outlet nozzle by means of a electric stepper motor, which makes it possible to form the applied mixture in a certain orientation with respect to the substrate. The print head with rotating nozzle for 3D printing of concrete mixtures is the active device, which means that the print head contains its own screw mechanism for dosing concrete directly in the body of the print head. The mentioned solution of dosing the mixture is easily controllable by speed regulation and is also suitable for the transport of inhomogeneous materials. The advantages of the print head include the possibility of continuous printing, easy disassembly necessary for cleaning the print head and the possibility of easy replacement of some components of the print head, such as a screw or nozzle.
