Pecní linka sestává na vstupní straně ze zásobníku a dávkovacího zařízení upraveného matriálu do vstupní části rotační pece, vstupní komory rotační pece, rotační pece, výstupní komory rotační pece a výpadu produktu do manipulačních kontejnerů.Řešení zásobníku je tvořeno např. zavěšeným Big bagem, s výsypem do násypky dávkovacího zařízení.Vstupní komora rotační pece umožňuje kromě přívodu materiálu a tepla /souproud/ i alternativní připojení pro odtah odpadních plynů /protiproud/. Rotační pec je vzhledem k dispozičním možnostem zkušebny zkráceného provedení, s uložením na dvou podporách na nosném rámu, s možností změny sklonu pece. Pohon rotační pece musí umožňovat plynulou regulaci otáček v rozmezí min. 0,1 – 6 ot/min. Uvnitř rotační pece je provedena žáruvzdorná vyzdívka proti přehřátí pláště.

Kiln technological line on the inlet side is consisted of the tank and dosing equipment of the treated material into the inlet of the rotary kiln, inlet chamber of the rotary kiln, rotary kiln, rotary kiln outlet chamber and the outlet product output into the handling containers. As the container e.g. hanging Big Hag is used, with outlet to a feeding dosing device hopper. The inlet chamber of the rotary kiln allows besides of the feed of the material and heat / parallel flow / also alternative connection for exhaust waste gas / counter flow /. The rotary kiln is due to a layout possibilities of a test room only shortened, with the imposition on two supports on the support frame, with possibility of changing the inclination of the furnace. The drive of the rotary kiln must allow fluent revolutions regulation in the range of min. 0.1 – 6 RPM. Inside the rotary kiln is refractory lining to avoid overheating of a shell. The furnace shell is designed and constructed modularly, in order to adjust the furnace for tested technologies. On the input and the output is the furnace sealed for false air suction prevention. The output chamber of the rotary kiln must besides of the product and the waste gas removal / parallel flow / allows also the alternative burner connection / counter flow /.
