Originální abstrakt
The main purpose of this project is suggestion how to decrease the temperature drop during continuous rolling process which includes finishing scale breaker and five finishing mills. To analyze heat losses during the rolling process numerical simulation of the strip cooling process was done. Boundary conditions are necessary for this simulation. These conditions were obtained from laboratory measurements. Cooling efficiency of work rolls was also examined.

Hlavním cílem tohoto projektu je návrh, jak snížit pokles teploty při procesu kontinuálního válcování, který zahrnuje finální rozbíječ okují a pět dokončovacích stolic. Pro analýzu tepelných strát během procesu válcování byla udělána numerická simulace chlazení pásu. Pro tuto simulaci jsou nezbytné okrajové podmínky, které byly získány z laboratorních měření. Byla zkoumána také účinnost chlazení pracovních válců.
