The optimisation of production on casters, with the aim of achieving maximum savings and maximum quality of the product is unthinkable without knowledge of the course of solidification and cooling of the concasting.
Český abstrakt
V příspěvku je naznačeno, jak lze použít model teplotního pole při optimalizačním postupu skutečné technologie plynulého odlévání ocelových sochorů: skutečný proces ? získání vstupních dat ? numerická analýza ? optimalizace ? korekce reálného procesu. Numerický model teplotního pole je založen na řešení entalpické bilanční rovnici. Výsledkem této optimalizace může být navržení optimální licí rychlosti a chladící strategie.
