ADIs are suitable materials for production of casts that are intended to abrasive medium. Increased abrasion resistance was expected on structures obtained at low temperatures of isothermal holding time. In this case, there are achieved the highest values of strengh and hardness. Spare parts of agricultural machines belong to group of casts that are made from abrasion resistance materials. The plough´s cutting edge, chisel and plough´s blade belong to extremely stressed parts of agricultural machines.
Český abstrakt
ADI litiny izotermicky zušlechtěné při teplotách 200 až 300 °C po dobu 10 až 240 min. Zkoumání struktury RTG difrakční analýzou. Vliv teploty a doby izotermické výdrže na tvrdost a obsah austenitu ve struktuře. Naměřené parametry alfa a gama mřížky pro použité stavy tepelného zpracování. Výroba orných nástrojů pro zemědělské stroje, jejich izotermické zušlechtění za uvedených podmínek. Sledování orebních nástrojů z ADI litiny při terénních zkouškách. Měření úbytku hmotnosti nástrojů při laboratorních a terénních zkouškách.
