Original abstract

Described technology of stainless steel surface treatment is based upon the combination of plasma nitridation technology and subsequent deposition of selected thin films. Films chemical composition, structure and properties are characterised by GDOES, EDS, REM and 3D topography. The adhesion and microhardness are also studied.

Czech abstract

Popsaná technologie povlakování nerezové oceli je založená na kombinaci technologie plasmové nitridace a následného nanášení vybraných tenkých povlaků. Chemické složení povlaku, struktura a vlastnosti jsou charakterizovány s využitím metod GDOES, EDS, REM a prostorového zobrazení. Přilnavost a mikrotvrdost byly tak studovány.
