Original abstract

The article includes the results of research of thermodynamic effects in flat-surface grinding with the aim of eliminating generation of undesirable tensile residual stress in the surface layer and preventing other negative effects due to the thermal degradation of the surface.

Czech abstract

Článek obsahuje výsledky výzkumu termodynamických jevů při rovinném broušení s cílem eliminovat vznik nežádoucích tahových reziduálních pnutí v povrchové vrstvě a vyloučit další negativní jevy, způsobené tepelnou degradací povrchu.
